We have helped families with difficulties accessing services for their child or young person, such as short breaks (otherwise known as respite care), helped with obtaining direct payments, challenged the outcome of assessments and/or care and support plans, lodged formal complaints on behalf of families on the way services from a home care provider is being being delivered in the homes of their child with assessed care and support needs.

We help families through the process of making a self referral to social services as part of obtaining an assessment of their child's care and support needs and getting the extra support they need.
This service includes a 1 hour and 30 minute consultation to discuss in full your child's care and needs, and the steps we take when we make initial contact with social services.
